For less serious injuries that still require professional medical attention, work with group leaders to determine transportation. Table in the Wilderness is available to transport patients to town but a leader from the group MUST attend the transport to town and stay with the patient.

Work with the High Ropes Manager or Safety Coordinator to complete an incident report.

Assess the situation and call 911 immediately, if necessary. Situations that require immediate 911 calls include, but are not limited to, severed limbs, severe and/or uncontrolled bleeding, heart attack/cardiac arrest, severe head injuries, back injuries. Time is of the essence so make quick, good decisions.

In the event of a minor injury that can be managed by Table in the Wilderness staff, medical supplies are available in the closet across from the coffee station in the dining room.
