Deliver your coin to the opposite fire pit

Safe Touch

Practice safe touch in all activities:

  • Ask permission

  • Try to only hold hands

  • When holding out a hand please make hands spoons not forks

  • Do not touch private areas like chest, groin, or butt.

  • Be respectful to each other

Game Instructions

Setup:

  • You will need one person at the Aspen campfire pit and one person at the Main campfire pit.

  • Summer staff or adult volunteers are stationed randomly around camp in between both fire pits.

Play:

  1. All the campers must travel in groups of three or more

  2. They are given one coin for their group and must deliver it to the other fire pit facilitator without getting caught

  3. If they are caught, they will hand over their coin and be asked to do a simple task or answer a question. If they get it right or do it to the satisfaction of the guard, then they are given their coin back and may continue. If not, they must return to the previous campfire and receive a new coin.

  4. When they deliver their coin to the aspen fire facilitator, they will receive a different color coin and must deliver it back to the main fire pit.

  5. For ever coin delivered that team gets one point

RULES & SUPPLIES

Rules:

  • A boy and girl may not run off by themselves.

  • No throwing rocks or sticks

  • No going into the creek or ponds

  • No breaking branches

  • Groups cannot lie to guards

  • Must stay in groups of three

  • Groups must hand over coins to guards when caught

  • Guards are not out to coin hunt and get the most coins

  • Encourage groups to share the gospel

Supplies

Note: all supplies are located in the long and skinny storage room downstairs Main Lodge

  • 2 walkie talkies

  • 2 containers of the spy coins

  • Something to write down points
