Support and program staff positions at Table in the Wilderness will require employees to be involved in strenuous activities that may take place in remote settings. You may be subject to and must be able to function normally in activities that involve situations such as, but not limited to, Heights, Moving Water, High Altitude, Extreme Weather (both hot and cold), Heavy Lifting, Long Distance Foot Travel, and Remote Wilderness Travel. You will at times be responsible for the safety of campers. Therefore, it is critical that you carefully consider your ability to meet these requirements. If you have a problem with any of these situations please consult with the TWM staff for possible solutions.

TABLE IN THE WILDERNESS PURPOSE
Table in the Wilderness is dedicated to providing an atmosphere where teens, individuals, and families can disconnect from the activities and responsibilities of everyday life in order to seek Jesus. TWM uses winter retreats, short-term missions, and summer retreats to share the gospel of Jesus Christ and encourage others in their personal relationship with Him. It is of the highest importance to us that our staff be professing Christians, committed to the principles listed in our statement of faith. Each employee shall be selected solely on the basis of qualifications deemed essential to job performance.
